Consultation booking terms

Big Star offers a paid on-site project consultation for $300, booked through our scheduling system (Calendly) and processed through Stripe. Specific terms:

Active project engagements are governed by a separate written contract executed at the time of project booking. The contract specifies scope, materials, timeline, payment milestones, change-order procedures, warranty terms, and dispute resolution. The website does not constitute a contract for construction services.

License, insurance, bond

Big Star General Contracting is a licensed Washington State contractor (WA L&I #BIGSTSG760LQ), bonded ($12,000 surety bond #538556V), and carries general liability and worker's compensation insurance as required by WA state law. License and bond status can be verified through the Washington L&I verification portal at any time.
